Daisuke Imahoko
Daisuke ImahokoManaging Director
A member of the Secom team since 1993, Daisuke has advanced from the position of Response Officer to the role Managing Director via dedication and a commitment to innovative thinking that embodies the Secom ethos. His tenure with the organisation has encompassed roles including Marketing Director for our Japanese division, to Humanitarian work clearing landmines in South East Asia through to Senior Management in Tokyo, New Zealand and Australia. During this time he has been responsible for business development, strategic planning, and overarching direction in both new and existing markets. The holistic understanding of the industry this has gained him is an invaluable asset to Secom Australia when making strategic decisions and in the insight he lends to day-to-day operations.
His formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Sociology from Ritsumeiken University Japan, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Rutgers State University in New Jersey, USA.
Aldo Borazio
Aldo Borazio General Manager, Operations
An experienced CEO, General Manager and National Sales Manager, Aldo has successfully delivered numerous key results in manufacturing quality systems, quality operations, sales, marketing and re-structuring. Drawing upon a range of disciplines, his key strength lies in his ability to analyse current scenarios and deploy strategic plans to correct identified issues whilst reinforcing successful policy and procedure.

A passionate advocate for integrity and service excellence, Aldo has demonstrated these qualities by successfully guiding an organisation with turnover of $30M to over $120M within the space of six years. This transformation necessitated a completely revamped approach to marketing and all associated sales channels, distribution networks and costing models.

Since joining SECOM, Aldo has been applying his commercial and operational acumen to lead our Protective Service Operations. His list of formal qualifications includes a Bachelor of Business Marketing from Charles Sturt University and an MBA from Deakin University.

Natalia Bukovsky
Natalia BukovskyHead of Sales & Marketing
As Secom’s National Manager for Strategic Partnerships, Natalia brings to us her extensive experience in protective services and electronic security including alarms, access control, smart technology and cloud monitoring. Prior to joining Secom, Natalia managed strategic accounts at both Kastle Systems and MSS Security. Her intrinsic understanding of marketing and sales principles, combined with a great business sense and personal touch, allows her to understand and anticipate client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet them. Building strong client relationships and strategic partnerships throughout Australia, she ensures both positive outcomes for her clients, and revenue growth for her employers. Her formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Marketing from University of Technology Sydney, and committee membership with the NSW branch of the Australian Facilities Management Association
Justine Marshman
Justine MarshmanNational HR Manager
Justine is an established Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working within fast-paced and dynamic environments to deliver high-end solutions in all facets of HR. As a leader in Human Resources, her background includes merger and acquisitions, organisational transformation and turn-arounds, systems integration & implementation, employee engagement, talent coaching & management, remuneration awards and recognition, employee relations, EBA negotiations and award interpretation.
A strong collaborator with the personal drive to influence change and formulate creative outcomes, her formal qualifications include an Associated Diploma of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business and Certificates in Leadership Development.

Arthur George
Arthur GeorgeRegional Manager, Northern Operations
Arthur’s impressive security career commenced in 1999 with the Australian Federal Police at Sydney Airport. Initially employed as a Law Enforcement Officer, his exceptional performance saw him quickly progress to the role of Supervisor, followed by Protective Service Duty Manager, a position from where he managed a team of 20 Law Enforcement Officers. His other roles within the industry have included Surveillance Operator at Star City Casino (Sydney) and Site Security Manager for Coca-Cola Amatil where he was responsible for logistics warehousing and ensuring the general security of the facility. Most recently in his role as Secom Client Services Manager, his demonstrated aptitude and capability saw him promoted within the space of one year to the role of Regional Manager of Northern Operations, with a management portfolio of multiple national contracts.
Damien Melder
Damien MelderRegional Manager, Southern Operations
With over 25 years of international experience in the security industry, Damien is a highly productive security management professional with a proven record in cultivating and sustaining long-term client relationships.

Prior to joining Secom, Damien experience spanned both Account and Operations Management roles, including positions as Principal Risk Consultant and Group Security Advisor to Visy Industries, where he managed $7M of their national security budget.

Damien’s approach centres on achieving results by utilising innovative strategies, maintaining a strong sense of personal and professional integrity, and ensuring the effective allocation of resources. Well-versed in the conception and execution of complex contracts and projects, he is committed to quality, efficiency, and above all, optimal client outcomes.
